The Lego Serious Play method is an innovative, radical and experience-oriented process that tries to improve and strengthen wor performance in various organizations.
This method is based on the belief that every person in the organization can participate in discussions and influence decisions and policies. Using the Lego tool allows you to get to the deepest layers of any concept as quickly as possible by going through the outer shells
Lego tools act like a catalyst, and when we use them to create metaphors, sparks are formed in our minds that we were completely unaware of before.
After completing the workshop, the participants will be able to create effective communication, realize their ideas and come back to their workplace with more self-confidence and commitment.
