The LEGO SERIOUS PLAY methodology is a radical, innovative, experiential process
designed to enhance business performance. It is based on the belief that everyone can contribute to the discussion, the decisions and the outcome.
The use of LEGO elements enables you to take a speedy shortcut to the core.
The LEGO elements work as a catalyst - and when used for building metaphors, they trigger processes that you probably were previously unaware of.

Problem solving skills

Problem solving skill is one of the most important skills that everyone in any workplace desperately needs and it is a combination of the following:

Metaphorical Dialogue Using Constructed Models
It is difficult to explain how LSP methods can be a conversation tool on a highly specialized topic, even very detailed expla- nations usually make the audience miss-un- derstand the topic and the ambiguity remains in the mind. The only way to understand it, is to experience it.
The first question that comes to mind is how to answer the questions by building com- plex and abstract concepts.
Our method is based on the metaphorical use of LEGO breaks, meaning that each structure is what the creator attributes it to.
CP offers and designs workshops based on client's needs and workshop participants leave with skills to communicate more effectively, to engage their imagination more readily, and to approach their work with increased confidence, commitment and insight.

The Basic Principles of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Methods
LSP emphasizing the three fundamental principles of our workshops. These three principles are as follows:
1. The solution to your organization's problem is within your organization The Creative Designers of LSP believed that the best people to solve the real problems of an organization are the employees and managers.

2. There are various ways to solve a problem If we believe that the problem of our organization can be solved with different solutions then we will come to a modest view that will allow us to express different ideas and creativity in the organization.

3. The only way to reach the final solutions is an efective dialogue LSP provides the equal opportunity and time to employees and managers to express opinions and make decisions.
